My Story

Hi, I'm Alethea.

I'm Alethea — Nurse Practitioner, Fellowship-Trained NP, and the heart behind Unfiltered Beauty Medspa. I bring serious medical skills together with the kind of care that makes you feel heard and understood. As a Fellowship-Trained NP, I'm trained in everything from sports medicine and pain management to anti-aging treatments and aesthetic procedures.

Before opening Unfiltered Beauty Medspa, I spent 8 years working in emergency rooms and intensive care units, where I learned firsthand how to help people in their most challenging moments. My background as a college football player, where I earned All-Conference and All-American recognition, taught me the discipline and determination I bring to every patient's care.

What drives me is simple: I want you to stop just getting by and start truly living well. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain or want to look refreshed, I've got the expertise to help — and the patience to get it right. I'm genuinely excited to meet you.

Active license, State of Georgia. 8+ years of ER and ICU experience prior to opening Unfiltered Beauty Medspa.

Formal advanced training in neurotoxin, dermal filler, and injectable techniques, including advanced facial anatomy.
